Jeadi Vilchis is extremely proud of his Oakland roots.
The mission of Neologix Engineering Labs is to get more low income people of color, especially women, into engineering, technology, and entrepreneurship fields.

We hope to accomplish two things:
1- Give them an opportunity to own homes and become positive influences in their own communities.
2- Diversify the STEAM workforce to represent our dynamic cultures and communities in their fields. ​
